Adventures In Printerland
As I blogged last week my new Epson 3880 A2+ Printer finally arrived this last Friday. It had been on order since November 7th last year. The Printer was bundled with a 3 hour course held by the importer for Epson products to Norway. He told me that at that time there wasn’t many to go around . Still I have it now.
The first evening I got it home I was too tired to do anything more that open the box and look at the paperwork. After a long week I felt a little overwhelmed by the shear size of the beast and I went to bed questioning what I had done.
In the morning those doubts had gone like the morning mist and I set about setting the printer up

Stay Tuned :0)
Yippee !
I just got notification that the Epson Printer I ordered in early November has finally been dispatched to me.
I’ve been waiting to take delivery of an Epson 3880 since November. However there apparently has been a shortage of them in Europe, Epson Norway had run out of stock. This will be my first real Photoprinter that I primarily will use for black and white shots. Bundled with the printer is the printer plug-in Mirage 2 also a 3 hrs course which I attended in December. Lets hope I remember some of it:0)
I’ll keep you posted on how it goes when the Husky team arrive with my package.
Face In The Woodpile
Whilst I sat in my favourite chair enjoying a cuppa I couldn’t help feeling I was being watched. Then I saw the logs by the fireplace.
When not taking Photographs
n my free time you might find me making sporrans with a friend in his basement workshop. We have done this since 2003 and this is our 143rd . So If pressed I’d say it was my second hobby next to photography.
Photo wise this was taken on our dining room table (Re-claimed wood) with my iPad lighting from the side and bounce flash from the ceiling.
