These are the sane dogs. The mad ones (and you?) are the ones still out and about. Good shot. What has the front one got under its muzzle, a parking ticket?
I think it was just a receipt blow by the breeze. However your idea is more fun :0)

Same story where I live. Dogs parked outside air-conditioned shops to get away from the heat. Nice work Kilted1.
