Photographs and thoughts about my interests and life.
Hi I'm Martin Smith, a amateur photographer that likes to shoot solely film. I use black & white with the odd colour image thrown in and mainly use a Leica M4-2 & M3 with Summicron 35mm, 50mm plus I now have a 90mm f/2.8 Tele-Elmarit-M lens. I tend to shoot anything I like, objects, scenes, landscape or street life. My film of choice now is Fomapan 100 Classic.

Nice shot! Surefire sign of spring I recon. I never became good friends with the 50, I’ve tried but, alas, to no avail.
Thanks for stopping by. You do have to zoom with your feet a bit at times. I do cheat at times too. The RAW images from the D800 are very crop friendly.
Sure, I use primes on the streets, but somehow I’ve never developed a love relationship with the 50. Maybe I should just try to spend more time with it.
