My Christmas Reading.
Books I read this past Christmas. What inspired me to use this style of shot was this
…”I’ve got my eye on you.

Go Rhinos: Not a Target
About “Not a Target”
Julien Masson of Artsim was keen to design something that was clean fun and good to look at but mindful of the plight of rhinos in the wild. He chose the distinct patterns used for target practice and covered the rhino with them. “I like the idea of attracting but also repelling the beholder and hope it’s understood that I’m not trying to make a simple joke and that there is a serious subject matter behind this piece”.
Go Rhinos: Rohan
About ‘Rohan’:
“My design was inspired by the arid landscape often found throughout the African Plains.” – Ma
Go Rhinos:Sunny
About Sunny
Solar panels work by converting the sun’s rays into electricity and this is beautifully depicted by Sunny’s design.
Go Rhinos:Augustus
‘Augustus, was designed and painted by four of our very talented art students. Maddy Carter, Lauren Cron, Becky Feltham and Sophie Milner, all 18, and all studying art courses at the college, entered a competition to design the rhino.’
for this shot I converted to Black and white I then used Apertures “Brush away Black and White” function. It works just like History Brush in PS.
