20180606-untitled shoot-2-Edit

I think I saved the best until last. Tore in his workshop. A real nice guy with a fun loving disposition. He said “If you’re going to take a picture I’ll have to look serious”.

I printed  this shot, as I have the others in this series and given them as a thank-you getting in front of my lens.

I hope you enjoyed the series as much as I enjoyed making and sharing it with you.

Taken on the same coffee break as last weeks shot. Rodger was too cool to pose for me instead I took this shot when he leaned over to see what I was doing. I think it worked better in the end.

Turning Japanese.

Turning Japanese.

While waiting outside a shop for my wife I was suddenly surrounded by a bus load of Japanese tourists. A very lively bunch they moved around me effortlessly to their next destination. I felt like a diver surrounded by fish.I became so fascinated by standing in the middle of the group that I forgot about my camera for a few moments. I only managed two shots as they moved off. But that little ladies face on the left made this picture for me.

Worldwide Pinhole Day:Ypsilon Bridge

WWPHD was a wonderful sunny one. I was down to 6-7 second exposure for this shot. I must learn to tilt the camera up a bit as I cut the top of the bridge and have a little to much foreground. But it’s pinhole so you live and learn to put up with small framing mistakes.
